Why would you want to do HM? Enemies will only be much more difficult to kill and collectible drops won't drop more often than in NM.

Got 10 honey, 15 crates of fireworks, 10 aged ales, 3 disco balls, 10 sparklers, 20 rockets, and a Vampiric Dragon Sword. Second VDS I got. I wish Necromancer Munne would give him something else. They look good, but I don't use vamp weapons very much, and am too lazy to try to sell them.

I got to do it on both my accounts for the first time since Bog Skale Fins. ;D
I'm not super thrilled with my gifts. But they're alright. :]
Though I whipped up 45 horns in 20 or so minutes which was rad. :3
This weeks haul:
20 Mysterious Tonics
5 Mysterious Summoning Stones
5 Green Rock Candies
10 Sparklers
5 Bunny Tonics
10 Aged Ales.
1 Keg.
Seems like I get a keg a week. o__o

Would someone sum up what Nicholas is exactly? It's appearing that he asks for a couple of items and gives you a ton?

Nicholas is a NPC who every week requests a number of items in exchange for a gift. The items could be anything from monster drops to rare or common materials, and anywhere between 1 and 5 of them is needed for a gift. Players can only obtain 5 gifts per account for each location Nicholas appears. Nicholas changes his location once a week at 3pm UTC and players need to locate him to find out what he is collecting for that week. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Nicholas_the_Traveler
Each gift can be "opened" to give the player a number of items including sugar ( eg Honey ), booze (eg Kegs, Hunters Ale), fireworks ( Crates, tonics or individual fireworks ), consumables ( summoning stones, rock candies ), weapons (such as the Vampiric Dragon sword ) and mini pets (such as mini Yakkington, Gwen Doll ). A full list of what you can get from them can be seen here: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Gift_of_the_Traveler
Had my first "decent" present this week: Vampiric Dragon Sword. Ended up giving it to a guildie who wanted it ^^

I've just gave it a try with my warrior and it worked pretty well.
So just go from ToA and run to minos close to zone with Kessex Peak.
Take 1 running skill, like sprint to run there faster and get away from mobs on the way.
This was my bar:
1. Triple Chop
2. Cyclone Axe
3. Whirlwind Attack
4. Lion's Comfort
5. Sprint (or Enraging Charge)
6. Dolyak Signet (or any other armor boost skill)
7. Flail
8. optional
You can switch things around, if you find them working better for you.
Atributes were max strength and max axe mastery.

Farming the Forest Minotaurs was amusing with TexMod.
I just zoned over and over into Black Curtain from the Kessex Peak portal. I used touch, traps and spirits on ranger and 55 Necro just to alternate builds. Easy farm.
